After graduating from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Business, John worked at Ed Voyles Automotive Group in Marietta, Georgia, for over 20 years. As a manager, he worked throughout various dealerships, including Hyundai/Kia, Honda, and Chrysler. John acted in a consultancy role for Hennessy Automotive, where he sourced and acquired over 100 pre-owned vehicles per month using vAuto technology. John is not only a fantastic salesperson but also a marketing whiz. He frequently uses the Stockwave platform from VAuto, making storing and retrieving automobile inventory effortless. Real-time updates that consider the pace of sales for each individual dealership and the intended shelf life of models drive the recommendations for wholesale vehicles. John led his team to its highest revenue year on record at Cobb County Toyota. He also repeatedly smashed sales records month after month.
In his current role at Franklin Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC, John Schibi works as the General Manager/Executive Manager. In addition to managing inventory control, balancing budgets, forecasting sales, hiring and firing personnel, carrying out performance evaluations, creating marketing strategies, and creating incentive schemes for employees, John mentors his team and guides them towards success.
John also has a strong sense of faith and community. He volunteers at several organizations, such as the Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs. He is an active member of Patriot Guard Riders, which combines his love for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the meaning of brotherhood coming together for a common cause. Honoring fallen heroes is something that John feels strongly about, and he enjoys seeing people from all walks of life joining in solidarity out of respect for heroes.
